bb10 unlock screen for Samsung S3 I9300 mod 1

UPDATE: bb10 wave lock/unlock screen port for Galaxy S3 available


- fine tuned some parameters so it is smoother now
- moved the screen unlock area trigger point upward to somewhere near the top
